Born in the north of Spain, Visi Cano wholeheartedly developed throughout her life a strong sense of culture and sense of self. She decided to continue her career in the streets of New York, working for The Rolling Stones of Spain, Popular 1, in addition to attending the School of Media and Visual Arts for photography. Visi captured endless concerts in the Big Apple during the iconic rock era, putting her eccentric touch into every photograph. Shooting on film only increased the stakes to get the perfect picture at every concert. Therefore, this experience allowed her to not only gain adaptability and dexterity with the camera, but also immerse herself deep within pop culture. However, Visi didn’t stop at rock and roll photography, she took her expertise to portraiture, fashion, and still photography, working with companies such as Restoration Hardware (RH), Lunares, Turner Television Network, and Celia Tejada Fashion.
Taking her photographic path to another city, Los Angeles was the next destination to dive head first into. Taking experimental photographs to another level, Visi has shot through infrared, portraying the nature all around us to a different light and has had her photographs greatly displayed throughout RH’s distinguished catalog for over 4 years. Traveling through Europe, Mexico, Hawaii, India, China, Cuba and Marocco no photographs could nor will be considered domestic. Visi Mooradian is a global citizen that aims to communicate through the lens of a camera. She is dynamic, energetic, and passionate about what she does. People, places, and moments full of life fill her photo gallery and are all unique to Visi’s sense of individuality and rich culture.
